than 10% Unreported Election Returns Identified The NAMFREL
Systems Group analyzed the data of Election Returns in the
COMELEC’s Transparency Server and determined the following
provinces with 10% or more unreported election returns:
Surigao del Sur
Sulu
Lanao del Sur
Davao Occidental
Sultan Kudarat
Maguindanao
Basilan |
Mountain Province
Surigao del Norte
Sorsogon
Marinduque
Davao Oriental
Nueva Vizcaya
Dinagat Islands |
Surigao del Sur Mountain Province Sulu Surigao del Norte Lanao
del Sur Sorsogon Davao Occidental Marinduque Sultan Kudarat
Davao Oriental Maguindanao Nueva Vizcaya Basilan Dinagat Islands
The following are the election results data from the Overseas
Absentee Voters (OAV) included in the count so far:
North and Latin America (13 of 332 ERs or 3.92%)
Middle East and Africas (34 of 672 ERs or 5.06%)
Asia (94 of 502 ERs or 18.73%)
Europe (61 of 261 ERs or 23.37%)
Based on an estimated 80% turnout, unaccounted for election
returns represent approximately 2 Million voters.# |
